Chilled, it may be the perfect wine for summer grills such as salmon, chicken or pork. Chilling adds refreshment, and makes the lovely fruitiness taste even more delicious. De Loach was recently bought by Boisset of Burgundy, hence the earthy Frenchiness in the wine.
