Sometimes big Aussie wineries get it very right. For years I’ve been a big fan of Jacob’s Creek, and now I’m adding Lindeman’s to my shopping list. ~
Lindeman’s Pinot Noir has a tangy, dry Euro styling, along with delicious berry fruitiness. There’s not a trace the usual sweet, character of so many of todays popular wines. I’m going to be sloshing a lot of this over the Summer months. With burgers, ribs, chicken wings, and cumin dusted BBQed salmon.~ Lightly chill.
Lindeman’s Sauvignon Blanc has an adult lemonade quality. So gulpable. So refreshing. Forget rich, or smooth, and start hanging with this fun guy. Hard to imagine a better summer party drink
