LINDEMAN’S OFFERS A PERFECT SUMMER PAIR
Sometimes big Aussie wineries get it very right. For years I’ve been a big fan of Jacob’s Creek, and now I’m adding Lindeman’s to my shopping list.
Lindeman’s Pinot Noir has a tangy, dry Euro styling, along with delicious berry fruitiness. There’s not a trace the usual sweet, character of so many of todays popular wines. I’m going to be sloshing a lot of this over the Summer months. With burgers, ribs, chicken wings, and cumin dusted BBQed salmon. Lightly chill.
Lindeman’s Sauvignon Blanc has an adult lemonade quality. So gulpable. So refreshing. Forget rich, or smooth, and start hanging with this fun guy. Hard to imagine a better summer party drink
