While the Duchess and I were enjoying bottle of Periquita from Billy’s list, she made the comment that Billy “deserves to get the Order of Canada or something”–and I heartily agree! Billy, you’ve done more for the wine industry in Ontario–and, more importantly, for the wine consumer–than anyone I can think of. Those of us with limited wine budgets greatly appreciate your expert guidance to find high-quality, low-cost wine in this province. Sláinte, Billy!
