Yvon Mau Shiraz looks like an attempt to cash in on the popularity of that grape. I expected it to be soft and smooth but instead it’s rustic and mouth puckering. Refreshing with an appealing honest feeling. No fuss, bistro wine that invites elbows on the table bottle, home cooking and hanging out. Perhaps with another of the same.
