We all know that starting with a white and following with a red is the way to go. But what about matching wines with the food?~  No problem. I’ve found that Sauvignon Blanc goes with most appetizers, and generally livens things up. And Pinot Noir goes with more main courses than any other red. Simple eh! And here’s a few more tips.

When entertaining pour semi-fancy wine as a treat for my guests ““ it gets noticed. And as many people have a love affair with California why not pour their wines.

So here’s my sure-fire, stress free dinner party white and red. Guaranteed to succeed. For all the above reasons and because the wines are good.
