ARA, ‘TIS GOOD!

AraNew Zealand wines tend to be pricy, but here’s a moderately priced pair. Ara Sauvignon weighs in under $15, and also under 13% alcohol. A good start. It’s also easydrinking, mild mannered ““ so you could serve it to friends who don’t like Savvy. A good party wine that should impress, and ensure you don’t look cheap.

The Pinot also scores well on price. A shade simple, but with some Pinot charm and refreshment. Lightly chill.

ARA 14 Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 416222 $14.95

ARA 13 Pinot Noir, Marlborough 416230 $16.95
