Jacob’s Creek craft more for dryness, as opposed to the more common Aussie jammy/sweet style. While this Barossa Shiraz is not bone dry, it invigorates more than most, and the ripe/rich flavours are not excessive. Needs the beef or lamb, or a good after dinner cheese partner. Would be a good take-to-dinner choice.
