Here’s a Valentines quickie. A few tasty combinations of wine + chocolate. One should be enough, but a back-up is always a good idea. Especially when chocolate is involved!
Medium dark chocolate + PINOT NOIR (New World)
Dark chocolate + CABERNET CAUVIGNON (New World)
Fruit-filled truffles + VIDAL ICEWINE (Ontario)
Any Godiva truffle + SPARKLING ROSE (Prosecco or Champagne)
