This Easter Go Local

For holidays, my rule of thumb is pour your favourites. Wine takes a back seat at family gatherings so don’t waste money or time on seeking out anything fancy. However, it’s important to pour something appropriate for the time of day and season. As most Easter eating takes place early in the evening (or lunch) I recommend light wines such as Riesling and Gamay, which have a spring-feeling about them. This also provides an opportunity for you to showcase local, as Niagara does well with these grapes. See recent blogs for recommended wines.Easter
