Cave’s Riesling has been an LCBO hit for ages, so maybe you’re a fan. But if not, I highly recommend it for social, or solo sipping. Delicious fruitiness, and a slight sweetness make for a super-friendly wine. Add moderate alcohol, and you have the ideal white for “˜whenever’. A bit lighthearted for dinner, but the lightness is fabulous with lunch ““ I’m able to convince myself that I’m not really drinking. Riesling shines brightest in daylight.
