It was a Tuesday night and I thought “Billy, easy-does-it. Why try to top 4 really good nights?”
So I opened Lindeman’s Pinot Grigio, and it was perfect. Really good background wine ““ mildly refreshing, politely flavoured and perfectly lighthearted. Wine geeks dismiss Pinot Grigio for its simplicity, but sometimes simple is just right. And the big Aussie wineries can be masters of this style. They deliver a little more “˜fun’ than the refreshing Italian bottles. Thanks Lindeman’s.
But! Okay, enough of simple…time to move onto red.
