MY FAVOURITE RICH ROSE HAS A CHARMING WHITE SISTER!
I’ve been buying and recommending Bressades Rosé for decades but this is the first time I’ve tasted the white. It’s a stunning example of what the white Rhone grapes can deliver in terms of flavor concentration, and richness. Without needing the help of oaky/vanilla perfumes. There’s a naturalness to the heady fragrances, adding a sensual, slightly sweet feeling to the wine. A smooooooth, charmer for sure. I’m not a cream sauce fan, but can imagine this making love with an Alfredo. A glass or two while prepping dinner is my affair with Miss Bressades. And it’s hard to imagine a better choice for your still-to-be-converted-to-wine family members.
