WHAT TO DRINK WITH SPRING LAMB?
The time lapse between my first sip of this wine and the thought of grilled/roasted lamb was one second. Some wines give you that instant connection to mood/situation or food. Besides heft, this Faugeres has the wild herbal “˜garrique’ flavoures associated with the south of France ““ hence the lamb connection. Feels drier than a rich red from the New World. Lovely hit of France.
