THE PERFECT SUMMER REFRESHER
Two things I look for in summer whites are high voltage refreshment, and low alcohol. Quenching thirst without getting wasted. Right I’m cooling-off with a wine from the south west of France ““ just ten-and-a-half percent alcohol. And there’s more, it costs less than ten dollars. What a great new addition to the shelves!
P.S. Before you dash out to buy a case for all your summer events, keep in mind that I’m recommending this wine for hot day REFRESHMENT. At other times it will feel too lean and tart. Got that!
