Time to start thinking hearty and rich reds such Carmenere from Chile. What this grape offers is the “˜well built’ character of Cabernet wines along with some earthiness. Carmen’s wine feels like it has Italian roots ““ gutsy and nourishing. Genuinely warmhearted. Keeps satisfying long after the first sip. Red meats of course, and the bigger the glass the better it will taste. Currently a dollar off the price below. Which was already a steal.
