Please excuse another Cotes du Rhone, but this is a little different. French with international flair! Forget the usual earthy/rustic/nourishing thing, and move into charm ““ enough to wow you to death, and certain to fool your friends into thinking you’ve “˜gone all out’. After a few sips you will notice a spicy sweetness suggesting Californian Pinot. All of which combined beautifully with a well seasoned pork loin and mash.
Winemaker/owner Stephane Vedeau does all the right stuff: working with wild yeasts, avoiding SO2 during the winemaking process, and no filtration in order to preserve freshness. His vineyards are chemical and pesticides free.
