I never drink the same white wine all evening, but if I did it might be this one. Bressades hits all three spots on my wine spectrum ““ refreshment, ease and richness. The result is a personality with the confidence to keep you satisfied for hours. Something different for sure ““ could be likened to a semi-rich Chardonnay without make-up.
I highly recommend seeking out Bressades for the party season (dinner or otherwise) coming up. Regular readers will know of my fondness for
this winery’s rosé.
