The ‘O’ Wine

OpinotMust say I was suspect of a Pinot at this price (organic too), as the LCBO has a habit of buying crowd-pleasing editions of popular wine styles. But this is very real ““ not in the least commercial. Very dry, tart, gutsy and certainly rustic. Which is how honest everyday Pinot tastes. Shades of Barbera too ““ invigorating and a great palate teaser. Certainly not for the Shiraz fan. Lightly chill, and have as you prepare supper. And with any white meat, and of course Italian tomato-sauced dishes. Perfect for this time of year!
