The “˜never judge a book by the cover’ adage certainly applies to Concha y Toro’s new red. A weighty bottle and dark brooding label usually suggests a blockbuster, but not this time. This Syrah/Cabernet/Carmenere blend is a delightful, bright, juicy mid-weight. Chile’s edition of a bistro red for everyday meals and times. I’ll be getting more of this devil.
