While many Spanish reds come in the blockbuster, and spicy/smooth style ““ here’s a medium-bodied fella that feels like a cross between Valpolicella and Ontario Gamay. Great vitality, bright flavours, and very refreshing. A beautiful Summer expression, when served lightly chilled of course. I will decant into clear glass to show-off the gorgeous ruby colour. Stock is limited, but worth seeking-out if you like lighter reds. ~
