TRADITIONAL PINOT NOIR FOR ONLY $12.60

Yesterday, as I cruised the aisles in Belleville I was dumbfounded to see that the wine is currently discounted $3, down to $12.60. Hence my alert.
Pinot fans should be out the door right away to grab this deal of a lifetime. Of course you’ll expect a lightish, refreshing red, with a rustic, country feeling. A lively red that’s perfect for summer events. Lightly chilled. Even if you’re a die-hard Shiraz drinker, try starting the evening with a bottle of this. And note how it sets up

(on sale for $12.60)
Thanks for an excellent tip. In return, check out the Marchesi di Barolo Langhe Nebbiolo now on sale. The non vintages Barbaresco Castello di Neive 2008 is also very elegant. I have been stocking up on 2009 Morgons — they are all good in different ways, but the one released today is terrific. And all under 20 dollars.
