The Pecorino grape produces a high-spirited, super-refreshing white wine along the Adriatic coast of Italy. I have previously recommended several offerings through LCBO Vintages, but this is the first one to appear in regular stores. It wouldn’t win a Pecorino award, but at $5 less than the going price, it offers a more-than-decent quality everyday white. And maybe it will pique your interest in Pecorino!
