I like this Pinot for three reasons. The spicy/herbaceous flavours deliver something different ““ shades of Spain. Vibrancy gives the wine freshness and zip. And the sale price takes it into the value-for-money category. Very suggestive of herb roasted chicken with a dash of heat. Or rosemary scented lamb, or a mild curry.
