Have to tell you about one (at least) more pink. It’s a beauty bursting with juicy, strawberry flavours but that’s not all.
Peller’s Rosé is also a solid character for the supper table. Produced from Pinot Noir this might be the best local Rosé I’ve tasted ““ but having enjoyed so many I might be losing track! Not at all overpriced at $18.95. Get yourself to a Vineyards Store (or the winery, where you must treat yourself to chef Jason Parsons’ tasting menu).
