I adore bone dry, light to medium-bodied red wine with a tart edge. Especially in the heat of summer when I need to keep it light and not get bogged down with richness.~
Piazzano’s Chianti could not be more down-to-earth. Dusty dry, with the feeling of the hillsides of Tuscany. A little rough but wonderfully nourishing and satisfying, like a Willie Nelson song.
