LIGHTISH RED ““ good everyday
Each year when we take our Portugal group to Cabriz they are blown away by the price quality ratio of the wines. “How do they do it?” To which I reply “Long story, just enjoy.” I call this Dao my other Pinot ““ a lightish, charming red to lightly chill and gulp with everyday foods and times. The slight sweetness hums along nicely with spicy/hot dishes.
