I used to buy a lot of Valpolicella but got distracted when it started rising in price. However, the “˜sale’ on Zonin caught my eye, and Valpolicella and me are back together. Who could resist the delicious pure cherry/berry flavours, refreshment, and most of all, the lighthearted feeling. So simple and so much fun. Get a few bottles for week-night sipping, and weekend tippling. Light chilling is essential. And, put a case in the basement for summer picnics/parties.
P.S. Couldn’t work in a line about getting “˜in the Zonin’, but I’m sure you can.
