IF I WAS SITTING ON THE PATIO OF A NIAGARA CAFE
And the server brought me a glass of this red, I’d think “˜perfect’ as I love light reds. Especially on a hot, humid August day. And I’d start lecturing my companions on the mistake of wanting all wines to have big flavours. There are other satisfying experiences, such as lazy afternoons when the wine echos the moment, and takes a back seat. A quiet, but welcome companion. And so on . . .
P.S. I cannot wait for the compliments when I pour East Dell (lightly chilled) this summer.
