You don’t find a lot of Aussie reds on my blog as it’s hardly a discovery any more. But I’m happy to report when I taste one that’s offering something extra, or different. Such as this charming Yalumba. Not as dark and dense as most of its Oz cousins, it combines delicious fruitiness with a warm hug ““ but without feeling contrived. Feels earthy and real. Perfect dinner companion.
