TOWARDS THE END OF DINNER RED
Towards the end of a dinner that was purring nicely ““ thanks to a few Pinot Noir, I got the urge for a change, and opened a Californian Cabernet. (Gotta find a use for those blockbusters). And did it ever create a mood shift ““ adding another chapter. Just what I was after. The wine’s rich/spicy/sweet quality took us into the world of excess ““ which is a great place at the end of a meal. The wine invited us to pause and enjoy a moment of relaxation and contemplation. Consider this time slot for any rich red.
