Dubonnet seems to be out of fashion, but the other classic French aperitif drink Lillet, is enjoying a revival.
A blend of Sauv/Sem with a splash of orange flavoured liqueurs it is produced in Bordeaux.
Have over ice with an orange slice, or add soda for a longer drink. Wonderful summer day feeling.
