Here’s a no-brainer for steak night. Or with any red meat. Or when it’s too cold to head out to the Keg or Milestones. Rich, warming, smooth, and a shade more concentrated ““ and lush ““ than the cheapo Chileans.
This is one of those cases where I’m recommending something that’s not my favourite. I think it’s important for a ‘critic’ not to let personal taste get in the way of recommending something that will deliver pleasure for others. Enjoy.
