1.~ Farm Cooking School: GREAT APPETIZERS COOKING CLASS & WINE TASTING
The day begins at 9:30 in the kitchens of From the Farm Cooking School, where you will create together some tasty locally inspired appetizers that will impress your guests. At noon, I’ll be showcasing some of my favourite local and international wines. Sip & learn about a few new wine notes including the art of pairing. Practice right away with your appetizers!
