ARGENTINA DELIVERS THE BEST BORDEAUX BUY IN THE WORLD
If you like the ripe, generous flavours and richness in South American wines, but wished for a little French-style dryness, here’s your guy.
Almost everything produced by the Zuccardi family (The Santa Julia line is named the founder’s only daughter) has a hint of Euro about it, and their Italian heritage also comes through in the price/value ratio.
I mention Bordeaux in the header because this wine has the dusty dryness typical of Cabernet based wines from that region. But not the lofty price-tag. Beef or lamb for sure, but also versatile enough for white meats too. Best plain grilled ““ no sweet sauces.
