Premium priced Beaujolais has a different feeling and use from the regular variety in that it’s character is close to Pinot Noir, and therefore more for food than casual gulping. This one is a real charmer and would be a magical partner for lighter, summer foods and atmosphere. I’d be surprised if your first response is not “how delicious, I want more”.
