Nederburg is a huge South African winery with little or no reputation, and dated labels. Easy to ignore. But it can be a mistake when you’re looking for good, solid wine at a reasonable price. Such as this Sauvignon Blanc. It’s razor sharp, with the bright, herbal flavours and the refreshing feeling of ocean breeze on a summers day. Great vitality.
