ANOTHER SUMMER STOCK

Regular readers will know of my fondness for native Italian white grape varieties. Grapes that almost became extinct in the Chardonnay era. This week’s “˜must try’ is Grillo, a native of Sicily, which is loaded with summer appeal. Refreshing, exuberant and with just enough flavour to keep you interested. Think bottled spring day, and won’t that feel great when we get into the hot and sultry season.
