A Masterly White!

MIKE-GOLFSauvignon Blanc is most people Spring wine because of its exuberance and freshness. For golfers, this week’s Masters marks their arrival of spring so why not combine both with a bottle of Mike’s ““ a former Master’s winner.

His wine is zesty, herbaceous, spring-like and very similar to Sancerre from the North/West of France. Sauvignon and asparagus are a classic combination but we’re still a few weeks away from the local crop. For now why not get in the groove with a bottle, watching golf, and thinking green.
