One night last week I enjoyed Inniskillin’s Pinot Noir with a chicken risotto. The same wine reappeared next day, along with friends and fries ““ at Toronto’s Ritz Carlton. Love the lounge. Another day later, I had a third good Inniskillin experience when I tasted their Holiday Gift Pack. The Un-Oaked Chardonnay has a lovely fruitiness, and the Cabernet-Merlot is light and charming in the style of a Pinot. Super pleasant wines that would go over well at Holiday events.
