Las month we drove past the city of Nimes, and today I noticed a new Costieres de Nimes in at the LCBO. Double take! Nimes reds are usually hefty and hearty but this is a medium-bodied gulper. And charmer too. Shades of a cross between Beaujolais, Burgundy and Rhone ““ how fab is that! Handy screw cap too. This might be my summer house red. Lightly chilled of course.
