Dear Reader

2023 marked the 10th Anniversary of Billy’s Best Bottles Tours and what an exciting ride it has been. Time flies when you’re having fun! We have met so many wonderful people, learned so much, and have had experiences beyond our wildest dreams. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for all the great times spent rambling around Ireland, Portugal, France and Italy.

We love our work – planning all the details that showcase our love of food, wine, art, culture, nature, education, and combinations of luxury and rustic – wrapped up with a big dose of fun. We originally announced that 2025 would be the final years for our Tours, but we have changed strategy somewhat.

After our Irish tour in 2025 we won’t personally be leading the tours, but we have hired some amazing people to lead the tours in Portugal, France and Italy. We’ll still design every aspect of the tours, and coach the tour leaders, but not be on the  ‘front line’.
