Everyday Entertainment

I’m easily entertained. It doesn’t take much. Most of my days are full of delight in simple things – such as watching my fellow man go about his or her business. All of us probably do one thing a day that’s heartfelt or amusing to an onlooker. Capturing these moments on camera was one a laborious task requiring patience, while possibly invading someone’s privacy. Thanks to the iPhone it’s now effortless. A bit sneaky for sure, but I’m always willing to share an image with the person I’ve shot – with my phone that is.

Here are a few moments from this week. Starting with a few quiet ones. Such as these two guys pushing out their boat. I loved the calmness of the moment. The grey background surrounding the cyclist also suggest calmness even on a busy street. Narrow, windy streets add intrigue to our neighbourhood, as you’ll see with the pedestrian. While it looks like this woman is in the country, she’s just taking a popular short-cut to the road being the supermarket.

Tourists don’t always show enthusiasm, but the bunch below certainly do. Always makes my day to see a beer delivery – especially when it’s Super Bock, my favourite. In Ireland farmers still come-to-town by tractor, but here’s one in Tavira. And he knew how to get in and out of a parking space, whereas the ones in Ireland just abandon their vehicle wherever.

I could go on but nothing worse than photo overload. I hope you enjoy these moments half as much as I did. What a wonderful world!
