WHAT’S MY MOOD?

A big part of Rosé’s appeal in summer is it speaks of fun and celebrating the outdoors. And the colour of course. I find the wine appealing in winter too as the solution to the question “do I want red or white?” Instead of answering, I pour a refreshing glass of Rosé, and see where it leads to! If the food is on the lighter, or spicy side, Rosé may be my friend for the night. Otherwise, I return the bottle to the fridge, for it to reappear at the next night’s ‘question time’.

Cono Sur’s Rosé is similar to, and on par with much of the twenty-dollar Provence stuff. A sexy tease of flavour and colour – at an everyday price. What’s not to love! And remember the great line “even pink can make you think.” Happy Valentines.
