WHAT’S MY MOOD?

A big part of Rosé’s appeal in summer is it speaks of fun and celebrating the outdoors. And the colour of course. I find the wine appealing in winter too as the solution to the question “do I want red or white?” Instead of answering, I pour a refreshing glass of Rosé, and see where it leads to! If the food is on the lighter, or spicy side, Rosé may be my friend for the night. Otherwise, I return the bottle to the fridge, for it to reappear at the next night’s “˜question time’.

Cono Sur’s Rosé is similar to, and on par with much of the twenty-dollar Provence stuff. A sexy tease of flavour and colour ““ at an everyday price. What’s not to love! And remember the great line “even pink can make you think.” Happy Valentines.

CONO SUR 19 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Chile 318014 $12.25
