Picpoul is a lot like medium-bodied, non-oaked Italian whites ““ feels satisfying in a low-keyed way. You pay more than Pinot Grigio because you get more ““ not fancy but shades of a hotel with better finishes. When we were in Ireland in June I noticed that Picpoul was on EVERY list. A trend has already started. Innovate!
