Before anyone had an opportunity to taste, I made a prediction that the most would prefer the younger wine. “But, Billy don’t wines improve with age?” I’ll let you be the judge, was my response. An hour later everyone voted for the 2008. “How did you know we would not like the older wine?” It was a~ calculated guess based on my experiences ““ cannot remember when I last enjoyed a red wine over ten-years-old.
