Celebrate the 2009 fall harvest and take part in Torontoâ€™s first annual â€˜grape stompingâ€™ event at Vintage One’s west-end winery.
Hors dâ€™oeuvres prepared by award-winning local chef John Cirillo, two-time Escoffier Society â€˜Toronto Chef of the Yearâ€™, and sample wines from the same vineyards that provide Vintage One with its grapes.
Live Cuban jazz music will be performed by the Luis Mario Ochoa Quartet, lead by celebrated â€˜Canadian Latin Jazz Artist of the Yearâ€™ nominee, Luis Mario Ochoa. Flamenco performers from the Esmeralda Enrique Spanish Dance Company will also be on show throughout the afternoon.
Award-winning winemaker and Vintage Oneâ€™s head winemaking consultant, Alejandro de Miguel, will be present throughout the afternoon, as will host Alejandra de Miguel, founder of Vintage One Wines.
