Best young and fresh is the rule for Rosé, but there are exceptions. Such as this local 2-year-old which has developed a ‘winey’ character ““ think more earthy than fruity. It’s very food friendly, not just for white meats but even a burger, or rack of lamb. Alfresco of course. You gotta love the short ‘from the family’ message on the back label.
