Hard to imagine a better early summer house-white than Deakin. Regular readers will know of my fondness for Deakin Estate’s Shiraz, and now there’s a white mate of similar quality and value. Expect exuberant freshness, moderate alcohol and flavor ““ and great drinkability. First-rate house wine, even if you’re not a fan of Sauvignon Blanc.
