There are three good reasons to visit the County’s Gilead Distillery on Saturday, August 18. The opening of The Carriage House Cooperage ““ Master barrel-maker Pete will be demonstrating his skills and you’ll see why he’s the most-in-demand barrel maker on the North American continent. Don’t forget to ask for a taste of his aged Balsamic. Enjoy some cool music as ~ too as part of the County’s Jazz Festival but let’s not forget the exciting vodka and gin from the mini-chateau distillery. A class act for sure.
